MAY ANNE JORDENS-LAFLAMME
CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
​May Anne works alongside Scott Willman and Jason Begg, to provide administrative oversight and client support. Having worked in financial services since 2006, May Anne is a seasoned administrative professional with expertise in Client Experience and processing Insurance and Investments.
With a passion for health and wellness, May Anne also brings her expertise as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and previous Personal Trainer to the office spearheading the Wellness Wednesday initiatives for the Peterborough team.
After growing up on a family farm in a rural community, May Anne set out for Toronto just after her 18th birthday where she pursued modelling. Doing extra work in movies and tv shows, she was crowned Miss Metropolitan Toronto in 1994, which resulted in representing Toronto in the Canadian Search for Miss Universe in Alberta and Miss Oktoberfest in Kitchener, Waterloo that same year.
After moving all around Canada, including northern Ontario, May Anne settled in the Peterborough area with her family 7 years ago and enjoys all that Peterborough has to offer. May Anne enjoys spending time with her growing family, including her husband, teenaged son, 4 older step-children and 2 grandbabies. She and her husband enjoy cruising and trips down south in their spare time.
CANDACE CLEARY
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Candace is the Executive Assistant to Mike D'Alessandro, CFP, at the Peterborough Office. She began her career in finances in 2015 due to an interest in supporting families in securing their financial futures. Starting as new grad in financial briefs and forensic accounting, in 2017 Candace moved into wealth management. In her support role at Park Place Financial, she enjoys being the first point of contact for clients. Candace has expertise in supporting senior leadership through investigative research, ensuring a holistic approach for planning, prepatory and execution of client needs.
Candace is constantly communicating with clients and prides herself in building and maintaining excellent relationships. She finds joy in being able to support clients, allowing her to understand their circumstances, obstacles and goals for the future. Candace lives with her young family in Peterborough, Ontario. She volunteers with a number of charitable organizations there and in her hometown of Sudbury.
MELISSA BRAIDO
CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Melissa is part of the Park Place Financial team based out of the Belleville office. As a Client Service Specialist, Melissa works in the group and individual space, working closely with Matthew Howell and Jason Hicks.
Melissa is a seasoned professional in the Financial Services, having held a past role as a marketing associate for multiple advisors in the Durham region. She holds her LLQP and mutual fund licensing.
In her role at Park Place Financial, Melissa is a key point of contact for insurance and investment clients in ensuring information is up to date, providing reports, support for claims and a day-to-day contact for any client queries.
She is a graduate of Laurentian University from the Physical Education program with an honors in Health Promotion and attended Lakehead University to obtain her education degree.
During her free time, Melissa enjoys camping and being active with her family.
SARAH ELDRITCH
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
As Executive Assistant to Terry Windrem, Sarah has almost 20 years of experience in financial, compliance, regulatory affairs, and administrative roles. She enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced work environment and has passion for providing comprehensive support to energetic executives.
Always learning, she is currently working to achieve her LLQP license in order to best anticipate the team's needs. Previously recognized for her initiative, organizational skills, continuous self-improvement, and never missing a deadline, Sarah takes pride in a job well done and brings that commitment to the Peterborough branch of Park Place Financial.
YVONNE YORK
CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Yvonne holds the position of Client Service Specialist at our Kingston office supporting the individual business team.

Yvonne has over fifteen years of customer experience with 7 of those years at a financial services firm in the Kingston area where she was a Business Operations Specialist and Office Administrator. Yvonne has her diploma from St. Lawrence College.
TIFFANY JACOBS
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
As Executive Assistant to Darrell Wade, CAFA, FEA, Tiffany has over 15 years of administrative experience working in the public sector across a variety of departments.
She is a highly developed communicator with outstanding skills in complex problem-solving and conflict resolution. Tiffany has much experience in bringing teams together with committee involvement, special events and team development. She lives in Warsaw with her young family and is currently project managing a new house build.
JACLYN CROSS
CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST
As a dynamic administrative professional with a wealth of experience in the financial sector, Jaclyn Cross works directly with our Executive Assistants to provide additional client service support. She specifically assists with client requests for wealth and insurance.
Jaclyn describes herself as an inspired and connected team player, who cultivates a sense of community and gets excited about making a difference. She has volunteered with the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada in the capacity of Brain Tumour Walk Coordinator since 2015. In 2021, she received the Volunteer of Distinction Award.
JESSICA MACKAY
CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Jessica Mackay supports clients within Park Place Financial and recently completed the Canadian Securities Course.

Jessica is fully dedicated to ensuring exceptional service for our wealth clients in her role as Client Experience Specialist.
A graduate of Trent University, Jess lives in Peterborough and is currently in the process of buying her first home.
PARIS LEE
CLIENT CONCIERGE
With customer service roles at Audi and Porsche, Paris has held front line positions managing client expectations, problem solving and supporting event logistics. She is passionate about delivering excellence in personalized client experiences.
At reception, at our Highway 7 offices, Paris will be the first point of contact for clients and guests when they arrive. As client concierge she will also support key client engagement and event activities with the marketing team.
Paris is originally from Burlington, Ontario and has recently relocated to Peterborough.
MARIE AUBIE
SENIOR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Originally from Nelson, New Zealand, Marie has been living in Ontario since 2014 with her husband and two sons. Having owned and operated a business in New Zealand for more than a decade, Marie has first-hand experience with entrepreneurship and knows the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners.
In 2015, Marie began her career in the banking industry and brings extensive experience in finance to this new role.
While Marie and her family all love to travel, they are based in Bridgenorth, Ontario. They are involved in many sports including rugby, soccer, hockey and football. She also plays tournament level pickleball in her spare time.
